Yes! All critical information is encrypted, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.
The AGRIBANK Online Mobile App offers convenient digital banking services, starting with Digital Onboarding for existing customers (you must have an active AGRIBANK deposit or loan account to register). Once enrolled, you can enjoy full Account Management to view balances, statements, and transaction history. The app prioritizes security with biometric login (Face ID/fingerprint), PIN protection, and OTP authentication, while keeping you informed.
Note: New customers without existing AGRIBANK accounts must first visit a branch to establish their initial deposit/loan relationship before accessing mobile banking services.
With AGRIBANK’s high level of security and multi-factor authentication, you are the only one who can access the mobile app using your PIN or biometrics. However, as always, it is your responsibility to take all reasonable precautions to prevent the fraudulent use of your security information. If your mobile device is lost or stolen, or you feel your log-in credentials may have been compromised, call us as soon as you can to let us know. We recommend that you contact your service provider to have your device deactivated and Contact Us.
Your mobile banking session will time out automatically after a period of inactivity. Unlike online banking, there won’t be a pop-up message advising that it will time out.

To set up your account details on the app, you need to have an open account with AGRIBANK and make sure your phone/mobile number is updated. If you are an existing user, you should have access to your log-in information. If you are a new user of the app, you need your AGRIBANK log-on details for the account enrollment (last name, birthday, and account number) to enroll your account on the mobile app.
To log in with your existing account in the app, follow these steps:

It is possible that an error may occur upon your application, causing a piece of your information enrolled in the system to be different from your original data. Follow the details provided on your receipt from the bank. If you would like to change your information, please contact your branch about this issue to update your information as soon as possible, or Contact Us.

AGRIBANK Online biometrics is an authentication and security feature within the app that provides additional protection for your account. This may be in the form of fingerprint or Face ID.

Please continuously check and open your mobile app for announcements. We are working so hard to include SOA generation through our mobile app in the coming year!
Yes. Once you’ve enrolled one of your accounts, if logged in, you’ll be able to view all your accounts in one branch. If you have multiple accounts in different branches, it differs.
